Thanks for the tips. It looks like the key is practice, practice, practice. Slowing everything down really does help. Somewhere along the line I heard that you should work to perform small segments as perfectly as possible, then add a little more and perfect that over time until eventually, you got the entire song. Makes sense to me. Right now I'm depending on my ears, but I'll be glad to get something to read. Keep me posted about the transcriptions and good luck.
