A Person In My Life smiles at me each morning
She brings sunshine and joy my way
She lifts my spirits and shows me kindness
She lightens my everyday
A Person In My Life shows me kindness
And shows me unconditional love too
Is it know surprise that that person I am talking about
Is no one else but you
If needed strengh is may beckening
There is where I find you so very near
If needed compassion for my weakness and sorrows
There beside me is your tear
If needed a friend to understand me
There is a friend so near
Far away in distance
But you are still so close to me my dear
A Person In My Life smiles at me each morning
And makes the clouds of dispare disapear
A Person In My Life knows my issues
Knows my drama
But still loves me
I thank that person now
