I started playing Bass at the age of 16.
Songwriting began just a few years later.
I have been featured on a number of fellow artist's CDs, involving Rock, Country & Jazz.
We have recently finished work for my first Solo CD encompassing many different forms of Jazz.
The CD is titled HAVEN
It features 8 very talented soloists from Europe & The USA.

1st Solo CD
When Bassist/Songwriter Robin James decided to
record his own stylistic variety of music, he used the
Steely Dan method: acquiring 17 of the best
musicians suited for the 13 songs on his new solo
CD, HAVEN.
It is truly an International Project, with artists from
Europe and the United States playing many different
forms of Jazz. It's jazzy, it's mellow, it’s funky, and it

Thank you so much for the very kind words and comments. I also love your work. The Bass is my favorite instrument and you play it very well. You have a great style and very polished sound.
