made four ports of call stops, once we left Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
The Holland America's Zuiderdam visited: San Juan, Puerto Rico; the
island of Nevis; the island of St. Barts and Holland America's own private beach at Half
Moon Cay.
Using the Roxio photoshow, you'll see some highlights of each port,
along with leaving Ft. Lauderdale's Port Everglades.

Ft. Lauderdale
- leaving the port

- a visit to the Bacardi Rum plant in San Juan
Nevis
- coming into our anchor point off the coast of Nevis and the town of Charlestown.

- taking history cruise, on a very small boat, along the Nevis coast line
- passing by the magnificent Windstar Cruise line, five mast sailing ship - the Wind Surf.
- viewing the extensive Four Seasons Resort beach front property.
- watching a swimmer, casually taking strokes, 600 feet from shore.
- seeing a beached boat from the last hurricane.
- seeing Alexander Hamilton's museum built on the same foundation of his birth home
with the green storm shutters. Mr. Hamlton was the United State's first Secretary
of the Treasury. Mr. Hamilton was born on the island in 1755 or 1757.

St Barts
- coming into our anchor point off the coast of the St. Barts and the town of Gustavia
- views from the harbor area.
- airplane landing at Aeroport de St. Jean - the only airport on St. Barts - what a scary
ride landing over the hill and stopping before the bay.

- leaving St. Bart and all the sailing ships.
Half Moon Cay and the beaches - off in the distance.
