performing with Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Sample, and Frank Foster. H. Wade
Johnson has emerged as one of the hottest jazz trumpeters on the East
Coast.
The Be-Bop style of Dizzy, the technical artistry of Miles, and the
smoothness of Wynton – H. Wade has combined these styles to introduce a new genre of Jazz music called FUNK-BOP: a mixture of soulful, dynamic bebop, and the tempo of swing.
